Is my client data safe?
Client phone numbers and addresses are encrypted at rest with AES-256, with daily encrypted backups. TradeJot is POPIA-compliant and operated from South Africa. Your data is never sold or shared.
What's a lay-bye agreement?
Your client pays in instalments and takes the goods once fully paid. TradeJot generates lay-bye paperwork compliant with section 62 of the Consumer Protection Act and tracks every payment (Starter plan and up).
